Survey

Tremco begins with a free initial survey, a vital step in detecting potential leaks and assessing the condition of your flat roof. Our experienced professionals utilise advanced technology, roof diagnostics, and their extensive knowledge to pinpoint any issues, even those invisible to the naked eye.

Condition report

Once the survey is completed, a detailed report on the roof's condition is created, accompanied by expert recommendations. Depending on the outcome, we can suggest a roof refurbishment or replacement (though we consider replacements as always a last resort) to best protect your investment.

Installation

This is where StructureCare steps in and carries out the specified works following the proposed specification.

Inspection and Warranty

Tremco's technical team will carry out regular inspections to support with installation of the selected solution, whilst also creating regular updates with photographic evidence for all stakeholders. On final inspection, the roof is signed off, and a Tremco warranty of up to 30 years is awarded to the client.
