Car Park Cleaning

Application
Using only biodegradable chemicals, the detergents we use do not contain any solvents, caustic, or alcohol. We ensure that these are diluted to the correct concentrations to ensure no damage will be caused to the deck coatings. We apply these detergents directly to the deck coating. The direct application of the detergent breaks down the dirt and detritus, making it easier for the surface to be thoroughly cleansed
Preparation
We use soft grade brushes to agitate the chemicals already applied to the floor.The use of soft brushes is very important to ensure that we do not harshly scrub the deck coating, taking care not to damage the coating by aggressive scrubbing with inappropriate brushes.
Cleaning
To ensure safe and consistent cleaning of the car park deck coatings, StructureCare utilises hydro scrubbing. Care is taken to ensure that the surface is suitably protected and that pressures above 1500psi are not exceeded so that damage to the deck coatings does not occur.
Pressure washing
Ensuring all water exit points i.e., outlets, gutters, drainage points etc. are free from blockages, pressure washers are used to rinse the entire floor area, ensure that no area is overworked as this can again, damage the topcoat of the surface. Once the surface is fully rinsed, a clean car park floor is revealed, and the physical cleaning is complete.
Vacuuming
Once the deck coating system has been cleaned, one of the most important parts of the process is still to be completed, the recovery of the excess water.Powerful vacuum machinery is used to recover the lying surface water and any contamination left on the surface. This stage ensures that the car park dries quickly and is soon ready to receive traffic again.

Annual inspections
At minimum, our maintenance package will include annual site visits to carry out a detailed survey of your MSCP. This will involve walking the site and ascertaining if there are any immediate health and safety risks and if any 'make safe works' are required to the structure. After the survey is complete, the surveyor will produce a detailed report which will conclude with recommendations and advised next steps.
