Structural Repair and Protection - Deck Coatings:

DeckProtect+ Rapidflex to all the internal levels

StructureCare was appointed by main contractor, Willmott Dixon, to apply deck coatings to all levels, install movement joints throughout the structure and undertake stair core decoration works at the new nine-floor Kings Dock MSCP in Liverpool. All work was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is one of a host of projects in Liverpool which has seen spending of over £90m in total. The multi-storey-car-park will serve visitors to the Arena, ACC Conference Centre and Liverpool’s historic waterfront, which is enjoying considerable regeneration fuelled by private and public investment.

The structure is the biggest car park in Liverpool and StructureCare were delighted to work on such a significant project, for such a prestigious client.

Following considerable discussions between the main contractor, Willmott Dixon and their client, the DeckProtect+ range of deck coatings was selected.
